One Voice, Many Echoes
Resilience Reimagined: Season Three of One Voice Evolving Begins
In a world where burnout is common and courage is scarce, we believe in a different way forward. Not through force or façade—but through a deeper, more human kind of strength.
Welcome to Season Three of One Voice Evolving: Resilience Reimagined.
This isn’t about bouncing back.
It’s about breaking open.
It’s about redefining what resilience really looks like—especially for women who are leading, listening, and living at the intersections of change.
One Voice Evolving is more than a podcast—it’s a space for honest self-inquiry, personal transformation, and relational accountability. Created for women ready to examine their roles in systems of power and privilege—especially White women over 40—it invites us into deeper dialogue around equity, healing, and what it truly means to evolve.
We hold space for:
✨ Courageous conversations
✨ Inner work that drives outer change
✨ Stories that spark collective transformation
At the center of One Voice Evolving is Kim Brassor—executive coach, author, and the visionary behind this movement.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership development and organizational coaching, Kim holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Servant Leader certification from Gonzaga University. But what defines her most is her unwavering commitment to equity, emotional intelligence, and inclusive transformation.
“I created One Voice Evolving because I believe our voices shape the world—but only if we’re willing to let them evolve. Real resilience isn’t about pushing through. It’s about staying present in the face of discomfort, and choosing to grow anyway.” — Kim Brassor
Kim’s “why” is rooted in her belief that storytelling and self-awareness are essential tools for change. She offers women a pathway to leadership that is rooted in reflection, relationship, and repair.
This new season asks: What does resilience look like when we remove the armor?
When we stop pretending strength is stoicism and instead embrace a more grounded, integrated power?
Themes this season include:
Resilience without re-traumatization
Leading from softness and strength
Navigating rupture and repair in relationships
Rest, resistance, and responsibility
With new guests, deeper storytelling, and thought-provoking companion content on Substack and YouTube, this season is an invitation to reshape your own definition of resilience.
It takes a thoughtful, intentional team to bring this vision to life. Meet the collaborators who shape every episode and touchpoint of the One Voice Evolving experience:
Podcast Producer & Creative Collaborator
Joseph joined in April 2024 and leads all audio and video production. With a background in leadership and learning, he blends technical excellence with a deep understanding of emotional storytelling. Based in Southern California, Joseph is the creative soul behind the scenes.
Community Strategist & Ecosystem Collaborator
Holly is the bridge-builder who fosters the connective tissue between listeners, episodes, and community. With decades of experience in storytelling, systems thinking, and equity work, she creates experiences that invite reflection, belonging, and co-creation.
Virtual Assistant & Chaos Coordinator
A retired attorney and veteran administrator, Sue ensures that all moving parts of One Voice Evolving stay grounded. She supports Kim and the team with intention, reliability, and heart—making space for the visionary work to unfold with ease.
We’re not just launching another season.
We’re reimagining what it means to keep going—differently.
To lead with empathy.
To listen with integrity.
To evolve with care.
