I had an amazing conversation with Holly Hartman on the One Voice Evolving podcast.

Holly is an expert on AI. She said herself that she's an early adopter of it.

However, she was struck by the lack of governance and guardrails around it. In fact, she compared AI to honeysuckle:

There's a plant called honeysuckle. Yes. And um, when I was in the, uh, backyard as a child, that was my favorite fragrance. I'd be swinging on the swing set. That's what summers meant to me- smelling honeysuckle. I move to a new home and I'm like, "I want to plant honeysuckle in my backyard." I'm like, "Yes, that is exactly what I want to do." When I go to Google it, it says honeysuckle's invasive and that if you don't create the container for it to- it will go and it will choke out native plants. It will go beyond. AI is that right now.
