Hi. I’m Kim. I help people slow down enough to tell the truth.
For a long time, I lived in urgency. I was the one who could handle it, keep it moving, hold it all together. I built things fast, but I built them from tension—from bracing and pushing and that quiet fear that if I stopped, everything would fall apart. Eventually, that way of working stopped working. My body knew it before my mind could admit it.
The Cove was born from that reckoning. It’s a place to land, to exhale, to build without bracing. It’s where you remember what it feels like to move from integrity instead of adrenaline, and to let your life be led by what’s true—not what’s urgent.
These days my work lives at the intersection of writing, nervous-system awareness, and repair. I care about language that’s clear, courageous, and kind—not polished, not performative, just honest. I believe in slow communication, in stories that heal instead of sell, and in rebuilding trust—in ourselves, in each other, and in the way we work.
I’m not here to teach you how to hustle softer. I’m here to remind you that you were never meant to live on high alert in the first place. Welcome to The Cove. You don’t have to brace here.
