THE WORK BEFORE THIS WORK

Before I was doing this publicly, I spent years as a Human Resources professional doing some of the most intense, high-stakes human work there is. I specialized in supporting highly visible addicts, alcoholics, and their families through recovery — executives, public figures, people whose outside lives looked completely fine while everything inside was falling apart.

I sat with people in their hardest chapters. I watched what happened when someone finally stopped pretending and started telling the truth. I saw lives change in real time — not because someone gave them a formula, but because someone finally held enough space for them to be honest.

That's still the work I do. Just in a different room.

THE PLATFORM

One Voice Evolving was born from a simple belief: when one voice evolves, everything around it does too. I created this platform for women over 40 who are done performing — who are ready to slow down, tell the truth, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.

This is a space for thinkers, feelers, and quiet leaders. We don't hustle here. We don't push through. We get honest, we get quiet, and we do the work that actually changes things.

I'm also an INFJ who finds crowds of 50 exhausting and a room of 10 magical. So everything I build — The Cove, the podcast, the retreats — is designed for intimacy on purpose and is especially appealing to introverted women whose voice gets lost in the noise.
