With This Ring, I Me Wed

I have married for love and been accused of marrying for money. So the next time I married for money and found that being activity partners didn’t fulfill me, no matter how much bling it brought.

My gray divorce left me looking at suitors wondering what they were marrying for - a nurse or a purse. In this age group that’s a real thing.

So I decided to give myself all the love I had so freely given to the men in my life. I wanted someone like me so I invested in putting myself first.

Yes, I made the vows, bought the ring, married myself next and treated me so well that any partner would have to be a value add to the peaceful life I was building.

It took a few years but the law of attraction prevails. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
