The COVE | Circle of Voices Evolving
Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, “How did I get here?”
This is where we start.
Here’s what we know about how voices evolve.
First, one moment, one memory, one minute at a time. Then in small circles of engagement that gradually grow to include the ones we were taught not to trust.
Next we lean into cohorts of learning, where the patterns and conditioning running quietly underneath finally come to light. And eventually into a Council of Voices Evolving who light the path for others to grow too.
Our Council is not a board or hierarchy. It is something older than that. A circle of those who have survived enough to lead differently. Seasoned warriors whose experience and hard-won wisdom become the method we all move by. This is where matriarchy begins to heal what patriarchy has wounded.
That’s what The COVE is built for. Circle of Voices Evolving.
A multicultural sanctuary for wounded warriors of a different kind: bruised but not broken. For people who are done pretending everything is fine, done going along to get along, done staying quiet in rooms where their voices belong.
Kim Brassor is the Founder and Facilitator of The COVE.

We talk about the stuff nobody says out loud.
1. What it actually takes to trust yourself again.
2. How the story you were handed isn’t always the whole story.
3. What to do when you finally see the difference.
No toxic positivity. No fancy language. No pretending the hard stuff isn’t hard.
Here you will find Permission to rest, Protection to recover, Practice to regroup, and Power to re-engage. No one is safe until everyone is safe.
Come as you are. We’re right here with you.
Welcome to The COVE. Where we unpack the story of your life and dare to dream beyond the drama. We invite you to bring all of who you are to the table.

Brooke Haynes has been in this circle before. She knows what it costs to tell the truth in a room that isn't ready for it. And she came back — because this conversation isn't finished.
We're talking about adoption. Not the greeting card version. The real one. The grief without a name. The identity handed to someone before they were old enough to hold it. And with reproductive rights shifting and domestic adoptions rising, the system is about to absorb another wave of children — and families — who deserve better than walking in unprepared. This episode drops Sunday, May 24. Watch it HERE.
