Insomnia's Wake Up Call

January 12, 20261 min read

You wake at 3am to pee and your mind starts running the country. Sweetheart, that’s not weakness. That’s anxiety doing night watch.

But hear me: 3am is not where you solve America. It’s where you come back to your body. When you return to bed, put a hand on your chest and say: “Not now. I’ll face this in daylight.”

Then write one line: what I feel… and one line: what I’ll do tomorrow.

PS: in case you’re wondering like I was, your libido isn’t broken. Your body is tired and it wants rest before it opens.

Discussion question: If you want, tell me one thing: When you wake at 3am—what’s the very first thought your mind grabs?

Just the headline it repeats.
